BLJ's RETURN POLICY
All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by BLJ's Enterprises before any products are returned. Some products are tested before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you have any questions regarding your order or any of our products, please contact us using our customer comment form.
RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special order items and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized by BLJ's Enterprises before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
All returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 20% restocking charge and the product(s) must be returned within a (15) day period from date of receipt of product(s). Special exceptions for returning your order may be made on a case-by-case basis. In this event, BLJ's Enterprises will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at BLJ's Enterprises discretion. NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from BLJ's Enterprises.
A BLJ's Enterprises representative must authorize the return, and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from BLJ's Enterprises. Returns that are shipped to BLJ'S Enterprises by the customer without prior authorization will be subject to refusal of package, and will be returned to the customer.
When returning the product(s), BLJ's Enterprises requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package for the full value of the product(s). Using these methods will ensure safe delivery to BLJ's Enterprises. It is NOT recommended to ship the package via regular US Mail. Please notify BLJ's Enterprises with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number once the package has shipped.
