MSA Advantage Replacement Cartridges
Designed for easy installation, Advantage cartridges use the latest bayonet-style mounting design. Featuring a low lug height and lead-in connectors, the cartridges lock into place with a single twist. An advanced engineering design makes negative pressure fit-testing easier to perform. Filter cartridges protect against dusts, particles and mists. Chemical cartridges protect against gases and vapors. Combination cartridges deliver protection from both particulate and gaseous contaminants. All cartridges are interchangeable between the Advantage 200 and 1000 respirators and are color-coded. Most are incinerable.
The complete Advantage line of particulate, chemical and combination cartridges are approved under 42 CFR Part 84. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires fit tests to ensure proper fit for workers who use respirators.

MSA’s new ExtendAire II System offers an integrated rescue hose used with the PR14™ First-Stage Regulator that features both male and female quick-connect fittings. The system is stowed in a waist pouch that mounts on the carrier assembly and is designed to prevent snagging and accidental opening. The ExtendAire II System also connects to the ExtendAire I System for additional system flexibility.

HOW DOES AN TASER® M26C WORK? Upon firing, compressed nitrogen projects two TASER® M26C probes 15 feet at a speed of 135 feet per second. An electrical signal transmits throughout the region where the probes make contact with the body or clothing. The result is an instant loss of the attacker’s neuromuscular control and any ability to perform coordinated action. TASER® M26C uses an automatic timing mechanism to apply the electric charge. The TASER® M26C releases an electric current in a pre-set time sequence (an initial seven seconds followed by several 1.8 second breaks for a total time of about 30 seconds in each cycle). This cycle ensures that the nervous system of the target does not recover instantly to allow him to remove the probes. The follow-on bursts disrupt the process of re-equilibration of the nervous system. While the target is disabled, the user can place the device on the ground and escape.
The TASER® M26C is modeled after TASER?s police model TASER® M26C M26. It combines the injury reducing benefits of traditional stun technology with a quantum leap in stopping power via new Electro-Muscular Disruption (EMD) technology. In police studies, the new TASER® M26C has a higher instant incapacitation rate than a 9mm hand gun. The TASER® M26C shoots out 2 darts attached to 15 feet of wire. 50,000 volts travels over the wires and over-rides the central nervous system providing incredible takedown power.
